Qigong is a practice of bringing together your body, breath, and mind. It is a way of meditating through slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Clinical studies have found that qigong positively affects psychological and emotional symptoms including anxiety, mood, depression, and quality of life. Qigong helps decrease physical symptoms of treatment such as pain, numbness, dizziness, fatigue, and inflammation.
